Engage with your seminar professor and colleagues on the topic of reading using the following prompt to begin the discussion:
My Vision Frame
Last week you began to work on your Younique Sweet Spot as you identified your Signature Scripture and wrote out your Big Sentence. This week, you will complete the identification of your Sweet Spot as you summarize it with your Two Words.
As you synthesize the information you have collected regarding your identity, summarize your two-word purpose by completing this sentence (Younique, 99-100).
I exist to honor God and help others by _________ing _________.
By the end of this class week, you will submit your Sweet Spot Summary in the online classroom. It is simply a file containing three elements: your Signature Scripture, your Big Sentence, and your Two Words.
Now that you have interpreted your identity by finding your Sweet Spot, it is time to finish building your identity bridge by developing your VisionFrame (Younique, 111). Mancini describes the four components of his VisionFrame (i.e., Mission, Values, Strategy, and Measures) in your Younique reading assignment this week. As you build your VisionFrame, you will answer four key questions that will help you capture the proper vision of where God is taking you in the future. Please share with us some of your VisionFrame details.
First, share your LifeCall statement which you crafted using the instructions in Younique pp 118-20. Your LifeCall identifies what you are doing.
Second, share the four values of your LifeCore as you formulated them in your LifeCore statement using the instructions in Younique pp 129-30. These values describe why you do what you do.
Third, share the four domains that you developed for your LifeSteps using Mancini’s guidance in Younique pp 134-36. Your LifeSteps describe how you do what you do. Also share your assessment of how you are doing in each of your four LifeSteps as “surviving, reviving, or thriving” (Younique, 142-43).
Fourth, share one of your LifeScore Storylines that corresponds to one of your four LifeSteps (Younique, 148). Your LifeScore Storyline captures a ninety day focus based on your current assessment of your Roles, Resources, and Replenishment for each LifeStep. Your LifeScore Storyline measures and charts the path to success for each of your four LifeSteps.
NOTE: You must complete all four of your LifeScore Storylines in order to complete your Life Plan Snapshot later on in the course. However, you are only required to share one of your LifeScore Storylines in this week’s forum. Develop your LifeScore Storyline by identifying the fundamental life element (i.e., Role, Resource, or Replenishment) that most needs your attention in each of your four LifeSteps. Then, state how the other two fundamental life elements can support that LifeStep. Here is one of my current LifeScore Storylines as an example.
LifeStep: Health – My current elements of focus are:
Role: Primary Role = Physical; Secondary Role = Exerciser
Resource: Physical Capital
Replenishment Rhythm: Work
Primary Element: Replenishment
LifeScore Storyline for Health: Replenish my health through walking/running on the Creeper Trail by expending the necessary amount of physical capital in both time and energy.
